I’m writing this before having found out what actually happened.  Based on headlines some woman “lunged” at the pope.

So here’s the question:  has anyone ever ‘lunged’ at the head of your particular hillbilly cult?

Please state the name of the hillbilly cult and then your answer.  (since this happens to frequently I guess I’ll deal with it up front….do not use “Christian” as the name of your church/religion…use the name that appears on the sign outside the “church”)

Much to the amazement of some of you I’m sure – I see it’s been forever since I’ve fiddled with or otherwise changed the layout of this little online space of ours. I’m curious as to whether or not it might be time to freshen the joint up a bit – or if everyone is pretty happy to leave things as they are.

Now, other than that, how are you all? Hopefully the holidays have been treating you and yours well. I’ll slip back behind the curtain to work the levers and whistles that keep Oz running, but I just wanted to drop in, ask my question, and then wave hello to everyone.

She’s purely no BS.  She got hired to fix DC’s abysmal school system and is apparently one of the few people sane enough in america to still know how to fix such a problem.  First, she told most of the “teachers” if they continued to fail teaching she would simply fire them….and then she did it.

When she found the DC Administrative HQ was so inept they had warehouses full of needed supplies which never reached the students she petitioned the govt for the right to fire them….and then she did it.

When she found that the District had 25 schools which were horribly UNDERattended she closed them and sent the students to actual functioning schools.

She is my Sara Palin and I am like Todd.

I just wasted a whole lot of time scrolling back through a year’s worth of my blog looking for my 2008 reading list.  Apparently, I didn’t do one. 

So, how sad and pathetic must the Old Broards lives be that they have to troll this site for things to discuss?  Then, they all congratulate themselves on being superior.  *rolls eyes*

And in answer to Emma’s question The Backstabbing Cunt Bitch is well aware of how I feel about you, but alas, we share some of the same friends.  So, yes, I feel like it is the right thing to do to be civil toward her when we’re with said friends.  I have a feeling that she won’t be able to maintain it, and she will eventually reveal what she is to all.  But, that’s just a feeling, and if she doesn’t – that’s okay too.
